Belvidere, IL., June 10, 2010 -- Belvedere wins Grand Prize with Salon of the year.

The 2010 winners of Salon Today's "Salons of the Year" were released with overwhelming support to Belvedere style and design.

Belvedere’s customer, Bangz Salon and Wellness Spa of Montclair, NJ grabbed the Grand Prize Winner. The Bangz project was one of the most aggressive designs that the New York furniture design team completed. The iconic Masonic temple served as 10,000 square feet of vision. Belvedere provided the elegant Comfort line styling chair and backwash. The largest part of the project included custom cabinet designs on the stations, retail, front desk and color bar.br>
In total Belvedere participated in 7 total salon winners. Belvedere’s owner, Horst Ackermann commented on the results. “I am extremely happy with the overall results as well as winning the grand prize. This shows what we strive to achieve, cutting edge products with complete salon design consultation. I am also extremely happy that two of the salons featured our brand new product line, Euro Loft. This European line of equipment will continue to show in award winning salons in the future.

Belvedere's list of winners varied in the size and scope of the projects. The salons of distinctions included Gatsby Salon in Green Brook, NJ., Gene Juarez Salon & Spa in Puyallup, WA., Salon Innovations in Garwood, NJ., Salon Rock in Roslyn, NY., Salon Salon in East Amherst, NY., and Von Anthony Salon in Frisco, TX.
